Want to Feature your Home for Sale on MSCoast.net?

There are two options to have your home featured on MSCoast.net. Featured listings show up at the top of the search results on this site as well as several other real estate related sites owned by Damion Flynn, Broker/Owner of Tech Realty. Featured results will also show up on the #1 Real Estate Blog in South Mississippi at MS Coast Real Estate.

If your property is not currently listed, getting featured is easy – Just list with Tech Realty and it will automatically be featured across numerous high traffic websites as well as a plethora of other websites to maximize traffic. If your property is currently listed with another agent, and you believe you have a property that is “worthy” of being featured (ie, great price for area, stunning views, etc), you can pay a one time fee of $25 to have an analysis done on your property. Note that this is a fee for Damion or one of his associates to come view your property. No properties are featured unless they have been viewed by an agent of Tech Realty and an accurate bonus description has been written.
