I am responsible for everything I do, say, and insinuate when selling a home and I have never pressured anyone to buy. I put out the facts, show them the numbers, discuss it, and let them make a decision with FULL disclosure. If most car salesman had to offer full disclosure in their business, they would not sell half the vehicles on the lot. I like Leon, not because I am renting a house to him, but because he has been straightforward with me. I also like Aubrey (sp?) because he seems to be straightforward. And the reason you say you like Leon Gavin is because he rented a house from you . If i am correct i think you sale homes for a living , so i find it hard to believe that a 55 year old salesman could get over on you . I finally got my taillight fixed on Monday. I really felt like punching the salesman when he tried to talk me into "upgrading" my Altima to a newer year. He told me he could do a "key for key" trade and of course as I wlked closer to the newer one, he said "I am sure we can make some sort of deal" - I actually visualized my fist hitting his face and him laying on the ground afterward. When we got it home we realized it did not have a spare tire. Of course before I gave them the check they assured me they would take care of it, that was 2 weeks ago.
